How to read the figures
- How much does a square metre cost in Monaco?
- Across the sale listings currently published by Infinity Homes, the average asking price is €66,600 per m². This average covers only our portfolio at this point in time. It is neither a Monaco market index nor a valuation of a particular home.
- Which Monaco district has the highest asking price per m²?
- Within our currently published portfolio, Moneghetti has the highest average at €90,900 per m². The ranking can change with each new listing and does not represent every completed sale in Monaco.
- Why can prices vary so much between nearby Monaco buildings?
- In Monaco, the building, floor, orientation, view, services, parking, condition and quality of the plan can matter as much as the district. An average price per m² helps position a listing but cannot replace a detailed comparison.
- How is the average asking price per m² calculated?
- For each published sale home with a price and area, we divide the asking price by the advertised area. The district figure is the average of those results, rounded to the nearest hundred euros. Homes without a public price or area are excluded.
