To limit abusive submissions, the network address supplied by the host is processed temporarily in memory. The website does not create user accounts or retain forms in an application database.

We use this data to answer enquiries, arrange viewings, prepare valuations, establish or perform a contractual relationship, comply with legal duties and secure the service.

Depending on the context, processing is based on your request, performance of a contract, a legal obligation, our legitimate interests or your consent.

The in-memory anti-abuse record expires after ten minutes. When a form is sent, its content is delivered by email and then follows the agency mailbox retention policy for as long as the enquiry requires, followed by applicable statutory periods.

The website is intended to be hosted by Vercel and email delivery uses Resend when configured. These providers act as technical processors. Data may also be accessed by the team and, where necessary, professional advisers, notaries or authorised public bodies. We do not sell personal data.

We apply safeguards suited to the information processed. Some technical providers may process data outside Monaco. Where required by law, those transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, subject to applicable law. You may withdraw consent at any time.
